Pour freshly expressed breastmilk into tray (leave room for expansion).

Cover tray and freeze.

Once frozen, pop milk sticks out and transfer to a large silicone storage bag.

Return to freezer for long-term storage.

Note: If filled under 1 oz, milk sticks may break during removal.
